Ranked RP not working properly

So I was 80 something RP away from ranking up to platinum 3 when I got 2nd place in a match and it gave me 186RP for the match. The RP started going up and I made it to about 80RP before it put me in plat 3. But then it just stayed at zero as the counter continued to display my RP i received. I should've been around 80 points into plat 3. So I was cheated out of RP in the next rank. The very next game I lost 33RP and it immediately dropped me back down to plat 4 and says im 33rp away from getting to plat 3 again. Can I get that RP back that I was cheated?
