I was recently in the middle of a game and then removed from game due to an update, then lost -48 rp because I’m in platinum 1. Then I got disconnected from a ranked match while on the drop ship and it wouldn’t let me reconnect, then banned me for 10 minutes and took almost 100rp. Is there anyway to get it back. -arekazi on XBOX

Sorry to hear about the lost RP here, as that's definitely a blow especially back-to-back. Typically if you're in-game when a smaller update hits, you'll just be prompted to restart once back in the lobby, however if it actually kicked you out of a game in-progress we can certainly pass that along.
I'm afraid we're not able to add or change RP, but if you're seeing disconnections or are unable to reconnect on a regular basis, it may be worth checking through these troubleshooting steps to try and help keep that from continuing.
