Regarding exotic shards that are not reflected

Hi, I am a Japanese player. I’m contacting you because the 20 Exotic Shards I won from the "Buster Sword" Gundam Event Pack have not been credited to my account.

Currently, my Mythic Store shows "10 Exotic Shards," but these are the ones I earned from the Season 28 Split 1 Battle Pass. The 20 shards from the event pack are missing.

Could you please investigate this and add the missing shards to my account as soon as possible?
