Regarding the bug that prevents Apex Coins from being purchased in-game

I'm playing Apex on PS4, but I'm unable to purchase Apex Coins or Exotic Shards in-game.

This issue began with the Season 29 update, though I am still able to make purchases on the PlayStation Store.
