Revenant Penumbra skin missing parts

This sounds weird, but I've already noticed this issue way back when the skin released, I just thought that as with all obvious issues it'll be fixed pretty fast as it is obvious, but alas. So, The penumbra skin has 2 issues I've noticed so far.

The main one: His legs are not connected to his torso; The struts are just completely missing (pic.1), I originally thought it was a design decision but not a single other revenant skin in the game (pic.2) has this feature so I no longer think that's the case and decided to report it as a bug.

The second issue is with his arm struts which seemingly were made for the original revenant mo-cap, but have not yet been adapted for the revenant reborn motions and are therefore just floating there not connected to his body. Marked within a red square because it is difficult to see on the current menu background.

I know this is nitpicking but for a bug that's been in game for around 2 whole years, I think it's about time it was adressed for all of us revenant mains. Most of the people i've talked to thought this is a conscious design decision since it appeared in the official EA promos, and they could be right, but at least by creating this report I'll get a definitive answer of whether this is intentional or not.
