Screen goes black after being respawned

I was playing ranked and my teammate respawned me. As I was coming out the ship my screen went black and there was no audio of the match I was in. It sounded like I was in the map alone basically. It just stayed like this and the only thing I could do was open menu which would force a 10 min delay.
