I hit master rank in season 17 and have the holo spray and weapon charm but my badge is bronze I’ve redownloaded the game and refreshed it multiple times but still stuck at bronze. I cross progressed my game when in first came out and haven’t touched it since if that could also be linked to the issue

This definitely sounds like this happened because of Cross-Progression.
It should've kept most of the badges, especially from the 'main' account before cross-progression rolled out.
The main account was the account that had the highest level before cross progression came out, so if you earned the Master Rank on a platform where your account level was lower than another platform, then that would explain why you lost the ranked badge.With cross progression they could not keep all the badges, so this is likely still a remnant from back then.
Does this mean there’s no way to get it back?
