season 22 split 2 tier 60

I wanted to know how am supposed to go about receiving my reward for season 22 split 2 tier 60? When I went to my inventory it was not there. I’ve reported this issue countless times and no help from ea support with as to why I never received my reward I paid for plus earned for maxing out our the battle pass.
