My account was reset from Platinum 4 to Bronze 4. The docs say it should reset 6 divisions, so Platinum 4 to Silver 2 if I did my math right. Haven't seen anyone else talking about this bug. What is...

I got reset from plat 1 down to plat 4 but both my freinds stayed the same rank and never got demoted which is weird because you said “Demoted 6 ranks” and I got demoted 3 and my friends didn’t get demoted and both played for more than 6 months consecutively
