Season 25 Ranked Ladder Challenge Bugged

I got #5 or #6 in the first ranked ladder, The challenge that says, "Earn Ladder Champion" was still at 0/3. I just assumed it was bugged, it is Apex after all.

Fast forward to today when I get on and see that the second week's ladder champion did count towards the challenge. Confusing.

I saw someone saying that you have to get the top 10% and that it is less if not everyone places. But that isn't what the challenge says. It says "Earn Ladder Champion" and that's what I did.
