Season 29: 1-2 Second Freeze on Kill/Win Events Only on EA App

System:
Ryzen 7 9800X3D
RX 6700 XT
Windows 10
Apex Legends Season 29

Problem:
The game freezes for about 1-2 seconds specifically when getting a kill, squad wipe, or winning a match/champion screen. Normal gameplay and movement are smooth.

Important:
The issue ONLY happens when launching Apex through EA App.
The exact same game/account on Steam does NOT have the issue.

Additional info:
Several players in my community are experiencing the exact same issue after the Season 29 update.

Already tried:
BIOS update
GPU driver update
Shader cache reset
EA App cache clear
Disabling overlays
Additional info:
 I've tryed to uninstall EA app And apex & repair didn't work

This started after the Season 29 update.
