Seer's Ult no longer shows enemy's highlighted footsteps

Like the title says, Seer's Ult doesn't work as it should. As of yesterday I noticed it no longer highlights enemy footsteps within his dome. Is this bugged or what? His ult basically serves no purpo...

Like the title says, Seer's Ult doesn't work as it should. It no longer highlights enemy footsteps within the sphere. Can we acknowledge this? His ult basically serves no purpose now.
