Is there any update on the Spark bonus situation? I was advised by a support member to make a post.

BillyCrash100 Are you opening up a normal Apex pack, or are you opening up a themed/event pack?
Only the normal packs count towards the bonus Spark Pack, so if those aren't counting, then that would be a bug.

While the earlier issue itself is fixed and should no longer occur, we're still looking into the matter of the packs that were opened during the initial situation without giving the bonus pack.
