Sparrow abilities on Bots Full Combat: Hard don't function as intended

Playing in the firing range, Sparrow's Ult on Bots Full Combat: Hard does 100 damage per tick and when the upgrade to heal on damage is unlocked, no healing occurs. His tactical ability also does not trigger when the bots pass through so they are not tracked.
