So i finished my Horizon legend spotlight pass. i opened my legendary horizon skin pack to get the Galactic Guardian skin for horizon, i then go to the locker, select horizon and the skin is not there. not only did i not get the skin, the skin itself has disappeared for the list of skins show for horizon. where has my skin gone that i paid for! Also why doesn’t 500 = a heirloom anymore, it was clearly stated in the pack purchase screen that a player cannot go over 500 packs before getting a heirloom? it’s been proven so fix it and compensation! Also fix my news, it’s been almost a year since it broke and it’s still not fixed.
I have attached 5 images below, screenshots of my pack opened and skin equipped, and then the list of horizon skins to show that i do not have the skin i was given.
