Switch 2 gyro aiming does not respond to small movements
Platform: Nintendo Switch 2
Controller: Joy-Con (attached)
Gyro Aim: Enabled
Issue description:
On Nintendo Switch 2, gyro aiming shows a very large effective deadzone.
Small and slow angular movements are completely ignored, while larger movements suddenly cause a jump in camera rotation.
This makes fine aiming impossible, especially in ADS.
The issue is reproducible even when the controller is held still on a desk.
Additional observations:
- The behavior is different from Switch (original model), where small gyro movements were detected.
- Stopping motion sometimes results in residual camera movement.
- Issue persists regardless of gyro sensitivity settings.
Expected behavior:
Gyro aiming should respond continuously to small angular motions with no artificial deadzone, similar to other Switch 2 titles (e.g. Splatoon).
Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable gyro aiming in settings
2. Enter Firing Range
3. Try very slow, small hand rotations
4. Observe no camera movement until threshold is exceeded
