The "cannot jump" bug

There is a bug where I cannot jump from the start of a match. Since restarting the game sometimes fixes this, I tried to restart this time as well. However, when I did, I was flagged by the anti-cheat system and received an abandonment penalty. I suspect that intentionally closing the app to restart triggered this. I would appreciate it if you could fix this "cannot jump" bug. Also, are there any known workarounds for this?
