The data in the apex account is not consistent.

I am having trouble with my apex account with unnatural progression.
I have season rank badges but other badges are missing, my player level is extremely low and my kills and other trackers have been reset. Is there any way to roll back the progression? I have already relinked the account and checked the integrity of the files, but it has not improved.
