the Gundam free event pack isn't showing up and I can't exchange
The Gundam x Apex Legends reward shop has been updated, but the Gundam free event pack isn't showing up and I can't exchange it. Please fix it I want to exchange it

GilChanYouTube Yeah, that would be why sadly as the event point store only sells the Heat Rod packs, (so since you own all of Heat Rod packs, that event pack was replaced with an epic pack).
That's strange. Right now, there's a free beam saber pack to exchange for, but it's not available in the exchange shop. In fact, there are only 6 items out of 7 that are supposed to be available in the exchange shop.
