The Gundam x Apex Legends reward shop has been updated, but the Gundam free event pack isn't showing up and I can't exchange it. Please fix it I want to exchange it

I logged in today and the bug was fixed, so I was able to exchange it successfully. Thank you for replying to my comments and for giving me advice.

Update:
DooKieAgain Yeah, you are correct. I was seeing a Heat Rod pack for both weeks and I just checked again, and the second week's said it was a Beam Saber pack and I had one unopened Beam Saber pack in my pack inventory.
Again, that's weird.
