The horror of the power sword!

So I don’t know where to begin I opened a lot of packs now and I finally got a red in the middle after 7 packs but that’s what is strange it fully opened and it wasn’t the heirloom it was anything good at all! I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else and I’m currently trying to get it fixed for my self… if anyone else has had this problem please respond asap!
