The new Catalyst skin closes the view on sentinel when using 2-4 and 4 scope

When I was playing on the catalyst, I noticed that there was a bug on the new skin from the anniversary event. When using the Shell Lifter skin and the Sentinel rifle with a 2-4x and 3x sight, the entire screen is covered by the hand when the shutter is pulled down.
