This account is not permitted to play online.

this is happening very frequent now. I have to restart game 3-4 times to get in the game sometimes and sometimes it works in first try.  I have reinstalled the game, verified the files , restarted the router but nothing seems to be working. I have even tried launching from EA app (as this was launched from steam) but nothing is working
