Upon thorough review of my account, I have noticed that I appear to have received the Battle Pass Ultimate Plus version, along with 950 Apex Coins. However, I would greatly appreciate it if I could receive the original product that I initially intended to purchase. I kindly request the Crafting Metals and Apex Packs associated with either pass, as they do not appear to have been delivered at this time. Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.

If support granted you in-game content but had provided the wrong content, you'll need to get back in touch with them to try correcting that. I'm afraid we are not able to make any changes to your account on the forums.
