Unable to purchase Apex Coins via Steam

Hi,

I added $99.99 to my steam wallet for the Power Trip event. When I go to purchase the $11, 500 Apex Coins in game it goes to the authorize screen. After selecting authorize nothing happens. I have tried signing out of steam and the game and attempting several times.
