Unable to Rejoin a Match After Restarting the Game

Same exact thing has been happening to me and my teammates, I load in disconnect and can’t reconnect (IN RANKED) so I automatically lose -65 rp. I also get banned for 5 minutes too, genuinely infuriating I’ve lost over 500 rp because of this stupid bug.
