Unjustified ban, disrespect for their players on the part of the developers

I received a ban during this year's May season update. The laughable part is that I hadn't even logged into the game during the first few days of the season. When I discovered my account was banned, there wasn't even a record of my suspension in the help center. I've been appealing ever since and still haven't received any response. I've spent $3,000 and countless hours on this game.
