Valkyrie Prestige Skin

I have recently bought the Valkyrie prestige skin and I found and issue with the 2nd tier. When I tracked the challenge it only began tracking the 3rd tier for 100k damage. After achieving 30k I did not receive the 2nd tier. After playing more and reaching the 100k damage goal I received the 3rd tier of the skin but the 2nd their and the finisher are still locked.
