Wattson Prestige Skin Not Unlocking.
I reported this issue to support but they were no help and told me the make this post. I unlocked all the event skins but for some reasons the Wattson prestige skin is not unlocking. I'm on Xbox if that helps.

I hope this makes it to you in time. For me, I had to purchase a 25th Event pack after unlocking all 24 Event items. This eliminated the 1% RNG and guarantees receiving the Prestige Skin.
