Weapon Charms Disappeared

I had bought the EA Play subscription a few years ago and received some gold weapon charms (gold arc star, gold loot tick). After the subscription ended I still had these charms in my inventory and on my guns. Just recently I noticed the charms disappeared. They were removed off my guns and no where to be found in my inventory. I really liked these charms and I’m confused to why they are gone. Please help!
