Xbox game chat not working

Thanks for the patience while we were working to get this cleared up.

We've re-enabled voice chat with today's update, so this should be working normally next time you're able to jump in for a match.

Yesterday, May 12th, 2026, I was playing a few matches with a friend of mine. The voice chat wasn't working. We tried restarting the game and checking our own consoles to see if something had changed in the settings. We did everything, and still no change. Please look into this. 

Can we get an estimated time of fixing xbox game chat on apex legends. Hasn't worked since update

Game chat doesn’t work for me on Xbox , I login after the update and all my progress is erased with all the operators I bought, and all of my packs are deleted and I’m back to level one

I have a problem with voice chat. I can’t hear anyone on my team, whether they are random players or friends.

I can use my mic for discord or party chat, but it does not register for game chat, nor can I hear any other players in game chat. This is very disruptive for any solo queue players, and needs to be addressed ASAP. 

From yesterday to today, My teammates can't hear me, neither can I, on Xbox platform but the day before yesterday, it was ok. Meanwhile, my Mic icon is flashing when I'm speaking. Please solve it ASAP
