How I caught this bug

After a successful match opened NVIDIA overlay to watch the replay, then changed the folder to store instant replays and when entering the next match caught this bug.Also this bug appeared when I with the open game pressed Alt + Tab to open YouTube and watch videos while waiting for a teammate. After his arrival, we started the match and I got the bug

About the bug

As the name implies, the bug prevents you from moving the camera during the game, but the game reads the mouse buttons.It arises most likely from the long stay of the game in Alt+Tab when you do your business. But the cause of occurrence may be different, as my aforementioned teammate did not have this bug. The last time this bug appeared I tried to reconnect the mouse with the hope to fix it and apparently accidentally touched the cable of the second monitor and as soon as the second monitor went out the bug disappeared for a second but later it appeared again.
