“Lights out” bundle
I just purchased this bundle and i dont see any content, any skins any card nothing… i dont know is that a bug or no, but my question is is it possible to get a refund???

I bought the "Lights out" package for 2100 BF coins 2 weeks ago and I got every item (I think) except the 2 skins, I have both patches, parachute, icon, and character card. I am not sure what else was offered in the package because it disappeared from the store after I bought it. I mainly got it for the Hooded skull mask.
I have tried all the steps in the "How to find missing content and rewards in Battlefield 6" but nothing changes. I even cleared the cached multiple times to find no success. At this point I would be happy with a refund if it is not possible to get my skins.
I am also having this issue. Did anyone get this figured out?
EA_Pulsar - I am also experiencing this issue. I bought BF6 credit, which was fine then purchased the bundle in game and no skins. I see a couple items like the patch and the chute but no skins. I don't want my case marked as not fixable. Is there anyway to get the credits or refund on the purchase?
