1st and 3rd person sensitivity is very unbalanced

As the title says.

Either your 1st person view is way too slow whilst the 3rd person feels good, or the 1st person view is good and the 3rd person is like a beyblade spinning around with barely any input.

Doesn't seem normal but is very frustrating to try and play with in vehicles.
