1st Person Tank Aiming Is Broken

When aiming in 1st person the tank aiming is crazy slow!!!

This has been broken since the season 2 update and even though the game has been patched since and this was reported weeks ago it has still not been addressed!

Please just put the setting back to how it was before... PLEASE
