6X scope + low-zoom issues

The SVK with a 6X scope and a 2X or 3X low-zoom scope equipped will flicker in an extremely disorienting manner on the low-zoom ADS when firing. It looks like the instant I fire, the gun zooms back to 6X for a split second. 

I can reproduce it in the firing range 100% of the time. It also appears in any map I've tried. I have not unlocked the 4X low zoom to test with yet. 

I am a PC player on Steam.
