8x scope on sv98 going between regular and thermal

The scope randomly goes thermal

I guess this is mutli functional scope now .

Played yesterday and today same thing is happening also changed to red dot and after i died back to it and it was still thermal ? IDK ???

Scopes randomly flickering between normal and thermal while ADS, happens on non thermal scopes.

Yeah, that’s a known bug going around right now like many other annoying ones. A few scopes and sights will randomly turn into thermal mid-match for no reason. It’s not just you  happens across different optics, sometimes even the basic red dot ones. Seems totally random, sometimes after respawning or swapping loadouts.
It’s been reported a few times on Reddit and the forums, so you’re definitely not the only one seeing it. Hopefully DICE patches it soon because it can actually mess with visibility and gameplay when it triggers.

Thanks for reporting this issue. I’ve experienced it myself recently, and it looks like other players’ scopes might be affecting your own. We’ve passed this on to the team so they can take a closer look.

Its like every scope in the game, ive seen it on rpg, tow, 1x all the way the max X.
