A strange beeping sound since the 1.1.1.0 update
Hello, since the update I’ve been hearing a strange beeping sound during gameplay. It’s present in almost every round and sometimes happens repeatedly in quick succession. What is this sound?

Yes! This has been driving me crazy! Some matches I won't hear it at all and others it is absolutely incessant! There doesn't seem to be a consensus on what it could be. I've heard maybe it is alerting you that you're triggering a Recon's proximity sensor perhaps? Whatever it is, I really need a way to turn it off.
