I am praying EA/Dice please remove it, or give us an option to toggle it off at least. I really don’t like that noise, it is not a pleasant beep.

11:04 I think is the normal order completed sound.
11:15 is the annoying ping noise. You can see on the top right corner of the minimap as the noise appears you can see a red dot with a diamond/square light up. I'm pretty sure that's what happens when you directly ping a player instead of having them show up via them shooting.

The annoying sound is what you now get when a squadmate does a ping and it seems like it might be only on certain maps.
I don't know WHY they added this into the game. It's incredibly annoying.

Turning down the UI SFX will remove the beeping sound, but it also (for some reason) removes the sound of enemy bullets hitting you...

Is there a way that disable it? I really don’t like the tone, it’s driving me crazy.

It is the sound the UI makes when a squad member pings an enemy or location.

I hope ppl understand it is the sound in between the sniper shots that is the issue. In your clip there is a shot, then the beep, then another shot.
What is that beep???

I hear it often, especially on the new map. It is NOT the sound of being sniped, as I often hear it when releasing after a death. But it also happens randomly during gameplay. I recorded it today during a match. You hear it at 11:04 and 11:14, but also other times. Playing conquest on this map and I hear it a 100 times during a game. Very annoying.

I have tried every audio setting under the sun, but nothing helps. Reinstalled the game, verified game files, updated bios and windows.

It makes me feel better that I know now it’s not my headphones or PC dying. Such a weird tone and frequency for whatever it is.

The sound is some sort of UI sound effect but cannot figure out what it is related to.
However if you turn off UI sound effect in options the beeping goes away, however you lose all UI sound effect including bullet hit sounds.
