AA Turret regenerates health to full after enter-exit sequence

Hit someone for 80 with a sniper shot, they entered and exited a shielded AA turret on Merak Valley, then killed me after hitting them for 60 more points of damage with a pistol. There were no supports or support bags nearby, as it was the start of the match. Enemy player was Assault class, didn't appear to stim either.
