Active class abilities don't work at all (PC)

They worked perfectly in alpha and beta, but since launch, I haven't had a single active class ability activate in 45 hours of gameplay. 

The passives on the right will fill up, then the active ability will fill up, but if you press it nothing happens, and then it's greyed out for the rest of the match. I have confirmed this issue with 3 friends who are all having the same issue.

Also, we can't rebind it from 6 by default, which is a horrible bind to press.
