ADS with stretched resolution causing artifacting

Ran into this bug that caused my game to have a weird artifacting overlay but ONLY when I ADS'd using the SG553. Not sure what I did to cause it. I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like. It ...

This only occurs on Empire State as far as I can see.  The issue has been recurring but only on that map, switching resolution back and forth fixes it for the duration of the map.
