Anti-personnel mines & A/V mines

Unable to pick up anti-personnel mines as recon once placed. This was not an issue before S2 update.

Also, unable to deploy mines as an engineer. Switching back and forth between gear sometimes helps but wastes time especially when defending and pushed back to a new objective in Breakthrough.
