Battlefield Pro bonus path rewards not working though Bonus Path is completed

I have  seen people saying that even though they have completed the bonus challenge they're stuck at like Tier 3. I was wondering has anyone completed the bonus path and it says they have all the rewards "unlocked" yet not got them as that's what's happening to me. Look at the photos attached if you have the same problem just so I know I'm not the only one. (FWI I have none of the rewards, just showing the skin for example)
