Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

There has been multiple players that haven't been getting tye pro pass rewards. Including me. I would my rewards since i paid 25 bucks for it

I have the exact same problem, I can't contact EA, it shows that I have received the gifts but when I try to use them, it shows that they are locked, it is very annoying. on PS5
