Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Same. I contacted them and explained the problem. They emailed me back and just flat out said they weren’t going to look into it. EA is a joke
