Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Exact same thing here for me.
I bought it through steam and was very disappointed.
I've tried to contact them but no answer have been given.
