Battlefield Pro 'Instant' Unlocks not unlocking

I purchased BF Pro and got the tier skips and XP boosts OK, but the instant unlock skins show as unlocked in the Battlepass section, but not in the Loadout section(showing up as locked or not showing...

Same issues did stream trouble shooting clear cache and other workaround. Nothing works. Bought 2 bundles not unlocking. Very disappointed even though I continue to unlock through xp can’t apply any skins to game.
