I recently bought the BF Pro Battle Pass, mainly for the SOR-300SC blueprint, but after buying it I noticed that the first 5 rewards (Brodie, Speak No Evil and Bad Medicine skins, the gun blueprint I mentioned earlier and the Transparency parachute skin) are not appearing in my loadouts despite being “claimed”, I did get given every other remaining 6 rewards but come on. I paid £21 for it so like, where’s my stuff man😂
Idk if this is necessary to add but I have not yet purchased the actual Battlefield 6 game, I only play Redsec but still.. I don’t think that should necessarily affect me not getting those rewards right? I know there are other people with this issue so I hope it gets resolved or patched soon

I've also got this issue, purchased throught steam, both the full game and BF Pro. Havent recieved the 6 instant rewards or anything that I had unlocked prior to purchasing BF Pro

Same, but I am on Playstation. Support keeps saying they are aware of the issue, and that they are working on it. This was a week ago. Obviously, our 30 dollar problem is not a priority.

The entire game, when it comes to challenge rewards, and this pro pass issue, is just buggy as heck. Support is no help, either. Its like they are taking our money and running. They keep telling me they are aware of the issue, and are working on it. Can't even get a refund, either. The game is really fun, but this is intolerable. I have issues going on for challenge completion rewards as well. Can't unlock the deploy beacon, or the lmg kts100mk8. Idk why its taking them so long to get a fix going, but clearly our 30 dollar problem is not a priority.

same issue. sent an email to support and got the auto response that they received it with a case number. when i look at my open cases it says waiting on player but no where for me to reply to their automated close the game and reopen it reply.

EA closed my case for my support ticket without doing anything to fix the issue. just posting to add to the visibility

Just making a quick update, the first major patch came out today 11th Nov, just went on the game to see if this issue has been resolved and of course it has not. The first 6 instant rewards are still showing as claimed but are still locked and nowhere to be seen. What the hell is going on???? Why is nobody addressing this from their side and why is this taking SO long to fix. Please EA fix this

Yup, same issue for me on Steam as well. Absolute BS. Should have known better to expect to get something for my money. What a novel concept.
