Same issue, contacting support was an awful experience and they seemed unable to even comprehend what the issue was no matter how many times I told them A) what the issue was and B) that what they where talking about had nothing to do with my issue.
Edit: Over 2 weeks later and still nothing.
Edit 2: A month now. Won't be buying anything in this game going forward even if it's rectified.
It seems like that many of the support people don’t know what they are doing. The one I spoke to seemed like a very reasonable guy and he confirmed that the game team is working on a fix. Many people over in Reddit are commenting the same. But there are a few where the support didn’t told them anything. So right now we are waiting for a fix. Let’s hope it’s not a long one
